IBA Karachi Admissions Fall 2027: Round 1, 2 and 3 Test Dates

IBA Karachi runs its Fall 2027 undergraduate admissions in three rounds. Each round has its own form window and test date.

Three rules students often miss

1. One form per school. Each IBA school has its own form and fee. If you want BBA and BS Economics, for example, you apply to both.

2. You cannot add a school after results. Decide every programme you want before you submit. Once results are out, it is too late to add another school.

3. SAT is not an automatic route. IBA admits SAT candidates only through its own SAT merit list for top scorers. Most students take the IBA test.

What is in the test?

The undergraduate test is an MCQ paper in English and Mathematics, at roughly SAT level. The same test is used across IBA’s undergraduate schools; eligibility rules differ by programme, so check the programme page before you apply.

Round 1 or Round 2?

If you are already strong in English and Maths, Round 1 gets you a decision early. If you need more time, Round 2 gives you about three more months. We explain the trade-off in IBA Round 1 or Round 2.
